Great Cave Offensive General

Great Cave Offensive(GCO) is the 4th game and is unlocked from the start
Clearing GCO along with Revenge of Meta Knight will unlock Milky Way Wishes
For Any% there are two main routes for GCO which can influence its position in the run
The optimal Wheel/Hammer route has GCO as the first game in the run due to it having a more difficult mix along with RNG reset points at the Battle Windows boss fight
Additionally there is a Wing/Jet route that can place GCO after Dyna Blade so the early game focus is on the Dyna Blade Jet mix instead
