A manipulation for Any% Jet route can be done so that Marx consistently spawns close to the ground, which allows for getting a one cycle kill.
Majority of this manipulation consists of playing through the first Nova sequence perfectly, followed by defeating Nova while only taking one intentional hit.
Despite playing through both of these sections consistently, there is a chance that the game will advance more RNG numbers depending on how you shoot at the Heart of Nova nodes. It can be determined what RNG value the fight ends on through the order the explosions that occur at the end of the fight. From there, the necessary actions can be performed before Marx spawns to get a successful manipulation.
The scenarios listed below are the most common occurrences if the manipulation is followed correctly.

Explanation

Notes that can be referenced during run

Two small explosions in a row right away (large explosion late)

  • Two jump, two dash (landing stars should be down, up)

One large explosion right away

  • Inhale, two slide

One large explosion a little bit later

  • Two inhale, one slide

Two large explosions on the right

  • Do nothing, but Marx will be very far to the right
