A namespace is essentially a group of pages in a wiki. You may notice that in the link of each game, there will be an abbreviation or short-hand of the game's title, followed by the name of the article. Every article is given its own namespace so it can be grouped by game (for more information on namespaces, view [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Namespaces this page] from the MediaWiki site).

The Kirby Speedrunning Wiki covers every single game in the series. To mitigate confusion, every article needs to be grouped this way. There are some exceptions to this rule, however, such as articles listed on the [[Main Page]]. Generalized articles do not require an abbreviation and can be placed in the "mainspace", which is simply an article that doesn't have any designated namespace.
