Summary
Wing cannot normally be obtained until at least 1-4's HAL room. It's enemy Owgulf does not appear until Nutty Noon.
It's mainly used in Any%.

Repeatedly Dive Bomb
After Dive Bomb, canceling by Flap, connect to next Dive Bomb. Repeat this sequence of movements.
