Before entering Cookie Country
Summon Meta Knight(2P) on the world map before entering Cookie Country

Shuttle loop with Kirby(1P) on Meta Knight(2P)
Drop Kirby(1P) before entering the door
Room 2
Grab Fire from Hot Head
Collect Sphere 1 with Kirby(1P)
Room 3
Summon Kirby(3P) when Kirby(1P) passes over Ultra Sword
Copy Ultra Sword with Kirby(3P)
Kirby(1P) burns to the rocks, then Kirby(3P) swings Ultra Sword to open the rift entrance
Despawn Kirby(3P)
Rift 1
Shuttle Loop with Kirby(1P) on Meta Knight(2P)
End the shuttle here, or land in front and get past the waddle dee with a dash aerial
Down Stab once in front of the big Waddle Dee
Drop Kirby(1P) before entering the door
Rift 2
Despawn Meta Knight(2P)
Get Fire from the ability statue
Collect Spheres 2 & 3 after defeating the Sphere Doomer
Summon Kirby(3P) in front of the exit (Wing Route only)
Final Room
Wing Route
Use Kirby(3P) to inhale 3 Hot Heads to mix for Wing
There's only two Hot Heads, so use Kirby(1P) to manipulate the camera right and left to respawn one
1st Try Wing saves 12 seconds. Second Try Wing saves 4 seconds
Kirby(1P) discards Fire before entering the goal door.
