This is one of the main segments in the run that use Missile. If you're not comfortable with missile movement, it's better to move without using it very much.
If you would rather not do the Wheel mix, you can either keep missile solely to get Orange and drop it once you get to the heave-ho block, or simply do all the movement without an ability. The latter will break even with you doing the wheel mix up to the last door, but will then lose around 7 seconds to a later grab you'll need to do at the Rainbow Route spot.

In order to do this mix, run right until the left side of your screen reaches the pillar in the background in order to respawn the other Waddle Doo. You can slide into the right Waddle Doo if it's taking its time to get in position. Wheel appears in the 3rd slot in the roulette, however it can also appear in the 27th slot, just one short of an automix.
