Summary
Kirby and The Forgotten Land (referred to as KFL by the community) was released in 2022 for the Nintendo Switch. It’s notable for being the first major 3D Kirby game. The plot tells of Kirby’s journey through a strange new world. After getting transported through a strange portal to another dimension Kirby wakes up and starts his travels through this strange world. He finds a new friend in Elfilis and together they take on the Beast pack to save the captured Waddle Dee’s. Can Kirby save the day and figure why the Beast Pack is doing their dastardly deeds. Forgotten Land is notable for having a high focus on movement, quick boss kills and crazy glitches especially in the latter worlds.

Beat the game as fast as possible while getting all 300 Waddle Dees, all 300 of Leon's Soul, clearing all Treasure Roads, unlocking and upgrading all copy abilities, collecting all figures, clearing all the cups in the Colosseum, and collecting all the photos on the wall in Kirby's house

Colosseum
World record runs require "passable" video quality. This will be judged on a case by case basis as it is hard to set hardline rules for all variables in video, but good rules to keep in mind to ensure verification are:
- Full, unedited video; combining switch clips is not acceptable. Combining clips makes runs difficult to verify since the In-Game-Timer is hidden during the final fight.
- In-game audio is required/preferred, and other audio elements are fine
- Full capture of the game's screen, without cropping mistakes
- Overlays such as webcam are allowed, but please avoid covering the in-game timer or HUD elements
- Excessive frame drops may cause the run to be invalidated

All other runs require at least image proof; here's an example of image proof: 
Amiibo are banned
Using Out of Bounds for a glitched Meta Knight Cup Time is banned
Buffs means you're using items bought from Item-Shop Waddle Dee such as Life Up, Attack Boost, and Speed Boost, or using Deep Sleep to acquire these buffs. If a run begins without buffs and then uses Deep Sleep's full duration, it will be counted as a run with buffs.
No Buffs means you're using none of these at any point in the run.
Co-op
The rules for the Co-op categories are identical to their 1P counterpart with the exception that 2P(2 Players 2 Controllers) Is allowed.
