Dark Meta Knight is the first boss found in the Dimension Mirror.

Cutscene Skip

An unskippable cutscene will play before the boss. However, if you watch a tiny bit of the cutscene and then soft reset, you will be able to skip the cutscene with the start button the next time you enter the fight. Doing so is faster than watching the whole cutscene.

Grab Stone from the Radish Ruins hub before starting the fight. There are two main ways to deal damage. You can time an attack on the ground just before DMK reaches you from the top, which deals 2 hits. You can increase the chance of this by sliding into DMK, which can cause the boss to attack from above. You can also dash and attack while the boss is on the ground to deal multiple hits. This is especially effective if the boss is standing at the edge of the screen and charging an attack. While it only takes 5 hits with Stone to defeat the boss, it may be difficult to defeat the boss quickly depending on what attack patterns DMK does.

Ally Kirbys

It is common to call kirbys into a room outside the main hub in order to prevent them from entering the Dimension Mirror with you. This is because kirbys have a tendency to lose time by acquiring/losing abilities or messing with your execution (especially for phase 4 of Dark Mind later in the segment). While this loses 3 seconds, it makes the boss fights that follow much more consistent.
