About Breaks

Breaks

Taking breaks are allowed. Both the start and end of each break must be timestamped in the run description. Breaks are not allowed in the middle of a stage, minigame, or cutscene. You can take a break in the main mode level select map / overworld, the Magoland level select map, the Magolor Epilogue level select overworld or the mode selection screen. When taking a break, runners must go into the home menu and pause the timer.

Break System

1 Break = up to 30 minutes long. Runs starts with 1 break. For every 4 hours of your run, 1 break is added. Breaks can be saved for later, but you should not take more breaks than your current run-time would allow. For example, a second break should not be taken until your run-time reaches 4 hours. Break time can be saved for later, but you cannot exceed your total break time. For example, if your first break takes 15 minutes, your second break can take up to 45 minutes.
