There is almost no difference if you collect with Kirby(1P)


Fire Route Collect Sphere 1 with Kirby(1P) and enter the door with Dedede(2P)

Wing Route

Summon Dedede(2P) and place him on top of Kirby(1P)

Place Kirby(3P) on top of the stack

4 shots + 1 shot to destroy the corpse

Move right with Kirby(1P)

Make Dedede(2P) jump when passing over the metal blocks and collect Sphere 3 using hammer

Fire Route

Place Dedede(2P) on top of Kirby(1P)

Move right using the burning attack, destroy the metal blocks using fire and collect Sphere 3
