Each tab in this worksheet is a guide for a different world. At the top of each section, there will be a summary of the animal friends and abilities you need to obtain in that world.
There will also be a note of any individual stages that have additional important instructions, such as which path to take when given a choice.

Each stage will have pictures of any important rooms with instructions on what to do in that room.
Unless specified, don't pay attention to what is happening in the picture, as it's only meant to identify the room, not guide you on what to do.
There may also be text between stages, which tells you what to do (surprise) between those two stages.
<b style="cyan>Blue text indicates the best course of action if you die in that room. It will tell you if you should continue the level as Kirby or leave and get an ability and/or animal friend.
If you don't see a picture of the room you died in, refer to the instructions for the most recent room you've seen in that level (or the first room shown if you died near the start of the level).</b>
Keep in mind that, if you're likely to die again in the level, it's best to try and complete the stage instead of leaving, coming back, and losing your animal friend or ability again.
Also keep in mind that getting a Game Over will make you restart the entire stage, so it might be worth it to soft reset if you have zero lives going into a stage.
Then you can follow the instructions as if you died in the first room of the next stage.
The border around the room picture indicates what to do if your ability gets knocked out of you.

|style="background-color: tomato;"| A red background means that you need to regain your ability if at all possible.
|style="background-color: gold;"| Yellow means you should try to get it back, but it's not the end of the world if you can't.
|style="background-color: green;"| Green means you don't need an ability, so there's no reason to go after it.

If using 2P strats, you can spawn Gooey before the minigames (1-3, 2-3, 3-3, 4-3, 5-3) and then have him go in the door after they're done to save time. (Make sure to actually fail the minigames.)
